Having identified the significant Net Zero savings that can be achieved through AIgent supply chains, the team have put together and submitted an EoI for the UKRI accelerating Research Outcomes call.
The project is called Trusting Artificial Intelligent Manufacturing to deliver Net Zero Prosperous Spare Parts and will bring results from three previous UKRI-funded projects:
- The EPSRC-funded Brokering Additive Manufacturing (BAM, EP/V05113X/1) that developed Artificial Intelligent (AI) agents that can broker work between supply and demand across thousands of
different organisations. - The EPSRC-funded Responsive Additive Manufacture to Overcome Natural and Attack-based disruption (RAMONA, EP/V051040/1) that developed digital and physical workflows that can track
and trace the production of an AM part – the digital product passport. - The InnovateUK Made Smarter funded Digital Supply Chain Hub that developed an opensource self-sovereign identity, verifiable credential and zero-knowledge proof platform that enables decen-
tralised privacy preserving communications between supply chain actors.
together to create the environment that will enable industrial AIgent networks to operate Spare Parts Supply Chains in a distributed and decentralised manner resulting in reductions in the production and logistics of spare parts across the globe.
Fingers crossed we are accepted for the full proposal.
